- Explain the history or evolution of the field of motivation.
- Compare one or more of the grand theories of motivation with the development of mini-theories and the new paradigm for motivation (for example, Hull’s drive theory versus intrinsic motivation).
- Explain to the letter’s reader why understanding motivation can improve desired behavior in the organization. Be specific.
