Create a handbook to provide new leaders with guidelines regarding how to develop employees. Be creative with this assignment, and feel free to draw upon experience in addition to research literature. Include each of the following key points in 350 words:

  • The importance and benefits of employee development
  • Creating a successful development plan
  • The role of feedback and feedback sources, including 360-degree feedback
  • Framework, major functions, and processes for successful development
  • Other best practices and recommendations related to feedback, communication, review meetings, and so on

Include at least three peer-reviewed references. Your textbook will not count as one of your required peer-reviewed references.
